Book Your Spot.

After you have created your account, view our schedule, pick a class day/time, and reserve your bike number. Did we mention? Your first class is FREE!

What Should I Do Before My First Class?

Food & Water

Hydration is KEY! Be sure to drink plenty of water before class and after. If you forget your water bottle, no worries - H20 can be purchased at the front desk. We also recommend never riding on an empty stomach. Make sure you eat a light snack at least an hour before class.

What to Wear

Something that makes your feel comfortable! We know that your first class can be scary so start with being comfy! Any type of legging or biker short and a loose fitted top will work. Remember, you are about to sweat!

Arrive Early

Please arrive to the studio at least 15 minutes early. This will ensure that our staff can check you in, give you a tour of the studio, and set your bike up properly to make sure that you will have the time of your life. Each rider will also need to sign our waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent in person.
